1). What is Chanakya Shakti? Chanakya Shakti is a call for a mass social non political governmental movement similar to our Freedom Struggle of India but with India’s development as its agenda instead of Freedom. It’s a unique, novel & innovative initiative encompassing essence of all three major segment of the society that is Polity, Business & Social Sector endeavors. Its membership drive is based on the pattern of Political Party Members consisting of Primary Members (Fee Rs 99 / year) & Active Members (Fee Rs. 499 / year). The membership fee is akin to a donation box (Daan Peti in hindi) of a temple to meet its expenses & carry out its listed programs. It’s working structure is derived from Corporate sector while its area of work is in Social & Welfare sectors. Chanakya Shakti, as a legal entity, is registered as a Public Trust at Patna (erstwhile Patliputra), Bihar (ertwhile Magadh), India (Bharat in Hindi).

2) What is Chanakya Shakti’s core philosophy? The core philosophy is the Preamble of Chanakya Shakti (the very essence of its existence) & a program to enroll paid members, volunteers & workers similar to Indian Freedom Fighters, having a common voice, belief & thought, spread across every nook & corner of India. It is to act as countervailing force to the attempts which divides the society on the basis of caste, Creed, Gender, Race & Religious lines as well as it’s a countervailing force to other attempts which divides the society on lines of Class of Rich & Poor. In a nutshell, the intended program is to unify entire India with a common voice & common thought to achieve a common goal that is Fully Developed & Progressive India within coming 30 to 40 years. Unfortunately, India today is divided in many voices & many thoughts leading it nowhere. Chanakya Shakti will rebuild the moral fiber of the society which has been constantly degrading, thinning the line between right vs wrong, good vs bad etc. We at Chanakya Shakti, are aware & know that strength lies in unity & togetherness of thoughts & actions.

3) How will Chanakya Shakti fund its activities? Chanakya Shakti will attain its first phase of fund raising by fee based membership program consisting of Primary Member & Active Member. While a Primary Member’s role would be their expression of support & belief in us & in our Preamble while helping us to spread the word about Chanakya Shakti while being anywhere in their comfort zone & attending our meet or conference when we organise it near their place of residence. The Active Member’s role is going to be more engaging as they will be spreading the word about Chanakya Shakti door to door, people to people & bringing like-minded social organisations in contact with us & also attending our conferences when we organise it in their state or district on their own accord. Other way of raising fund is via generous contributions or donations made by like-minded fellow Indians or organisations. Further down the line it will rope in Corporate & Business houses to support its activities under their legally mandated Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) . In tandem it will sell its own merchandise under its brand with support from it’s paid members & volunteers. Chanakya Shakti will also organise various fund raising activities including, but not limited to, musical shows, plays, movies etc. These fund raising points & there order as mentioned are as an indicator only.

4) Where will the funds raised by Chanakya Shakti be utilised? Primarily Chanakya Shakti has identified 6 main area & 4 secondary areas. The six main areas are Agriculture, Primary Education, Basic Health, Women Empowerment, Children Welfare & Environment. The four secondary areas are Sanitation, Clean Drinking Water, Lack of Electricity & Bad Roads.
Moreover the money raised will be invested prudently into various financial instruments to enable Chanakya Shakti to have reoccurring revenue for its sustainability & running the organisation smoothly.
